Hi, I'm Dr Jessica, I am a Naturopathic Doctor, birth doula, mom to two amazing kids and wife. In my practice, I focus heavily on lifestyle and diet. My goal is to help you design a healthy lifestyle that addresses your concerns and is actually feasible. I welcome clients of all ages and stages (including babies and children). I also have a special interest in hormonal health, fertility and pregnancy. I am located in Uptown Waterloo at Vibrant Living Naturopathic and Wellness Centre.
