What to Expect
First Visit:
New client relationships begin with an initial visit which lasts 60-75 minutes. During this visit, we take the time to get to know you, what your concerns and goals are, what challenges you're having and discuss all the factors that are affecting you and your health.
From there, I will create an individualized treatment plan based on what you are comfortable with. Treatment modalities may include:
It's important that you participate in the treatment expectations to make sure it's feasible and realistic for you. Because treatment is heavily based on lifestyle changes, it's important that the changes work for you! Cooperative treatment plan design is key. Follow up visits will be scheduled based on your individual treatment plan. For most people, a minimum of 4-6 follow up visits are necessary, after which we move into a more 'maintenance' schedule.

- Supplementation

What To Bring
At the time of booking, an email address will be requested so that a confirmation email can be provided with a link to the electronic intake forms. These forms can be filled in online and submitted electronically- completely paper free!
Also, if you have a copy of any previous blood or lab work, please bring it along as well.

Fees:
Naturopathic Doctors are not covered by OHIP, however, most extended health care plans will provide complete or partial reimbursement. Labs and supplements recommended by Naturopathic Doctors are also not covered by OHIP, though some health care plans may also cover testing. Direct billing is available depending on your insurance provider and individual plan.
